
UI Design for Self-Service Kiosk
Nanshan Insurance sought to enhance its customer experience by introducing a self-service kiosk solution for insurance plan registration and application. Our objective was to develop user-friendly software tailored specifically for the kiosk environment, enabling both salespersons and clients to effortlessly navigate the insurance application process. As the lead UI designer on this project, I was responsible for creating the key visual elements, designing the user interface, and prototyping the software.


Streamlined User Experience on Kiosk Interface
The unique environment of the kiosk machine presented distinct design challenges. Our focus was on creating a seamless user experience optimized for touch screen interaction. Leveraging my expertise in UI design, we crafted a foolproof flow that dynamically adjusted based on user selections. This intuitive approach ensured that even first-time users could navigate the application process efficiently, resulting in a streamlined and user-friendly experience.


Through strategic UI design and meticulous attention to detail, we successfully transformed Nanshan’s self-service kiosk into a powerful tool for automobile insurance registration and application, enhancing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
