Our team embarked on digitalizing and standardizing the account opening process, transitioning from cumbersome paperwork to electronic files. Fool-proof Steps

Incorporating fool-proof methods was integral to every step of the user flow. For instance, we implemented conditional logic for “next step” buttons, ensuring they remain inactive until users make necessary selections on specific pages. Additionally, clear instructions and animated demonstrations were integrated into the interface, guiding users seamlessly through each step of the account opening process.
